Toyota World Conference

Athena Video provided live production services for a worldwide webcast of the Toyota World Conference held in Las Vegas Nevada. The live show kicked off at the Sands Expo with Athena Video provided the live feed to a worldwide webcast. The action kicked into high gear at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where a crew of more than 40 worked on all aspects of the production centered around our HD broadcast truck. Technical feeds included 7camera crews, including four wireless roaming units with field reporters on the track, in-studio host, set design and build, lighting, audio and grip. Athena also provided casting, makeup, and on-site post-production.

San DIego's wireless tech giant celebrated it's 25th Anniversary with Athena Video handling video production services for the celebration. Six cameras covered the festivities including a concert by Dave Mathews. The anniversary event also inaugerated the Qualcomm Museum. Athena Video produced the Qualcomm museum introduction featuring Qualcom's CEO Paul Jacobs. In addition Athena produced 18 videos that are featured on displays inside the museum.

160,000 fans converged on San Diego to see previews of some of the biggest film and television blockbusters being released this fall. From media line ups to sneak movie previews Athena’s crews covered the event with their Panasonic Varicams. Athena's crews interviewed top celebrities from television shows such as V, True Blood, Human Target, Fringe, Green Latern, Nikita, and the Big Bang Theory. A crew highlight was working the Red Carpet graced by film heavyweights Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig pitching their new action flick Cowboys and Aliens.
