Athena Video recently shot promotional interviews with past, present and future Olympians. The Hilton Hotel sponsored series on international etiquette featured interviews with the Olympic medalist gymnast brothers, Paul and Morgan Hamm who will be competing in Beijing later in 2008. Also interviewed were the Olympic Gold winning siblings, Steven, Mark and Diana Lopez. All three won gold at the 2005 World tae kwon do Championships to become the first three siblings in any sport to claim world championship titles in the same event. Palomar, Pomarado Health spokesperson, San Diego Charger superstar, LaDanian Thomlinson gave personal thanks to first responders of the October 2007 wildfires. The event was hosted by LT and his wife La Torsae. The giant 2008 Consumer Electronics Show convention in Las Vegas included 3-D animations produced by Athena Video and Durland Productions. Directed Electronics animation for its Color Responder product appeared in the booth displays while Entropic Communications used their animation to tout their home entertainment chip sets and solutions.

San Diego’s disastrous October 2007 wildfires all but shut down the county as many communities were evacuated. Athena Video cameras rolled as they accompanied The Hartford’s Disaster Team recording the very emotional stories of those who lost their homes, pets and neighbors. Sharp Metro contracted with Athena Video for the 4th year in a row to produce its Annual Employee Recognition video. This year featured a spoof on the television show “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” Editing was done in Final Cut Pro. | Qualcomm and Stanford |  | |
Athena Video worked with Stanford University professor William Barnett as he interviewed Qualcomm executives as part of an ethics case study being conducted at Stanford University’s MBA program. Athena Video shot and edited the shows which highlighted ethics in business practices at Qualcomm.
